| Posted By: John Anthony Posted On: Aug 27th, 2010 Views: 1624 | Week 8 Picks O.k. a day late again this week. Need to start getting back on track. Last week I went 5 - 1 - 1. Bringing my overall record to 31 - 14 - 1. It's too bad I didn't have any competition this season. Would have been fun. Alrighty on to this weeks picks. Buckeyes v. Raiders: Well the Buckeyes haven't been playing their best ball lately the Raiders have still not beat a non "C" team so give me the Buckeyes to take this one handily even without TJ. Ruff Riders v. Lancers: Should be a great game but in the end it's the best "A" team taking on the best "B" and while I think it is going to be a close one I have to go with the Ruff Riders to take it. Buccaneers v. WFC: Well this will be a great chance for WFC to pick up their second W of the season and I really hope they do pull this one out but I can't pick with heart on this one so give me the more experienced and more talented Buccaneers to win this one. Hawks v. Bulldogs: Should be another good battle. The Bulldogs took the first game between these two teams. I think this will be a much closer one and I like the Hawks to take it in a good battle. Sun Devils v. Hounds: Both teams are playing really well right now with the Ruff Riders being the only team to beat either one of these teams since week 5. But the Hounds have had a much easier schedule since then beating up on two "C" teams. I like the talented Sun Devils to come out and take this one as long as they get enough guys out. Rogues v. Killer Beezzz: The Beezzz get a rough double header this weekend and even though they had a nice win last weekend they lost to the Hawks the week before that. Any team that can lost to the Hawks can't win against the the Rogues. Give me the Rogues to win big. All Blacks v. Killer Beezzz: This should be a good game. The All Blacks need this win to try and save some face about being in the "A" division. They will do just that putting up a big win against the Beezzz this weekend.
