The Buckeyes have traditionally played Tier II and done well (2 straight B Finals), so that's why Tier III felt a bit low. Plus, I play for the team and obviously have a bias. But then we went out and played absolutely terrible, inexcusably losing Sunday morning to a Hellcats team that played pretty well. We got no bounces and nobody seemed able to step up and right the sinking ship ... it was a pretty tough loss to take. Given our poor performance, I'd say we were ranked appropriately. I also heard from Dave that the Sun Devils (who went 1-1 on Saturday) lost their Finals by 1 point. TJ Oshawa Buckeyes #18 |
