How about those Renegades?? Will year 2 be the year they step out of the shadows of the Buckeyes? Speaking of the Buckeyes, what does 2010 have in store for them?? What about the bottom tier teams such as the Hawks, Raiders and Lancers? Who improves and who reminds the status quo... Where do the Killer Beez fall into the mix in the competitive OTFL....thoughts?? |

Rogues (09 A Champs), All Blacks (09 A finalists), Buckeyes (renegades)Sun devils, Raiders (B Champs), hounds(B finalists), Hawks, Hounds are all well established and veteran teams of the OTFL. which obviously are all good contenders for the "A". Out of their rookie season we have the Lancers (new QB) and the Hose Crew (joined forces)and with all postive changes going forward they to can be contenders for the B division. Now for the Rookie squads Traine 48, Bulldogs & Killer Beezzz who knows where they will place in the first couple of weeks of action. All we know are they are all new squads, maybe they will turn alot of heads and be excellent contenders for either Cups. So here is how Old School see's everyone ranking going into 2010, please note this list is not in order of best squad ranking. Rogues still hold onto the #1 ranking they are still the champs! I think this season is going to be one of the most competitive we have seen in years, on your list of teams i did not see the Xmen, very strong rumour Dave Bye is putting a team together with Xmen and X Rogues to come in and de-throne the Rogues anyone else heard anything...Best of luck to all teams this year in the OTFL |

Rumour has it that in typical Spackman form, he is "supposibly" changing the teams name after it's anagural season. Also he has recruited some new players, some of which are from last years championship team, Rogues. If anyone can confirm or deny this please let us know as "Old School" will have to update his/her early season predictions. |

Some players especially on offence who got them to the finals were not in the game in the second half.Shame on you guys. I bet the players going with Spackman from last years Rogue team were some of those players.I guess when the games on the line, bring in the TROOPS. |

The Rogue players that played in the playoffs all made the required amount of regular season games just as all the other teams. If i am not mistaken there were some of there very good players that did not even make the semis and they still won. I think every player did get to see the field in the final, everyone knows you cannot go through a season with 7 players and except to win a championship its a team effort, thats how the Rogues keep winning |

Players move, different people join, everybody scrambles to get money in so that they can set their rosters, and then you go from there. The Buckeyes have added some new faces who are interested in playing in tournaments, and so we will not be playing with the X-Men. It was great being able to merge with them last year so that we could continue playing tournaments, and I wish them the best of luck in the upcoming season. Dave Bye seems to be one of the best recruiters in the area, so I'm sure his new-look team will be crazy athletic. T. |
