RE: Semi Final Results

Wow Manimals complain about Cowboys using an ineligible player (it was 7 of them vs 6 us and then 7 vs 5 for the 2nd half)? They knew before the start of the game that one of our players was ineligible; didn't have a problem with it then. But after losing, they complain to the refs and league, had they said something at the start of the game we would've forfeit and gone home instead of playing a full game starting at 9 a.m; not sure why they complained though, they couldn't beat a team when they had a 2 man advantage what's the point of wanting to move on to the next round?

RE: Semi Final Results

Yo Dawg,

I hear you complaining about a team complaining about you using an ineligible player. Why don't you stop complaining and realize that you shouldn't have used an INELIGIBLE player dawg. Since you had only 6 then 5 guys at the field, 1 being ineligible dawg, the only people who deserve any blame for your team not moving on...is your own selfs dawg.

So I'm gonna stop complaining about your complaining about another team complaining, and hopefully this will stop your complaining about a team complaining about something you screwed up with dawg.

RE: Semi Final Results

For the last couple of weeks our guys have been getting head shots from other team's and we got one call from 4 head shots. So when playing in the semi's against the buckeyes the lilttle center caught his first pass of the day with 2 plays left in the game and I came to make the stop, the little player with the nice belly stopped and I ran into him while making the tag. He screamed like I punched him trying to draw a call from the refs...SMH this is nuts when the corner was basically tagging guys with a head lock technic, shame on you but sweet win thanks for showing your true colors. And u get the same play from me every time. :)

RE: Semi Final Results

WITNESS:

From my chair and cold beverage in hand, what I witnessed was an intense head to head hard core battle between two teams. Both respectfully aiming for the same goal and that’s getting to the Cup.

As I sat and enjoyed my post game beverage, I noticed that Yes the “D” on both sides of the ball were playing with high intensity every down, BUT there is also a written rule that all players either side of the ball MUST always be under control on all plays.

This instance that this player is claiming was basically just a bad timing play as one player was basically trying to make a move to avoid a player in order to keep the play alive with him attempting to make some room to pitch the ball and get closer to the red zone. Yes the player that was nailed in the arm by the defender may or may have not tried to cause another old school call, but regardless, its FOOTBALL and things happen, good and bad. So do us all a favor an suck it up Buttercups. Good thing this league isn’t contact flag? As that defender may have been blocked and the play would of gone further ??? but this wasn’t the case.

But the bottom line we all notcied from the sideline wasn’t the Bulldogs “D” but their “O” as their “O” was the Buckeyes worse defense and not allowing them to get on the field in the 4th qtr…. This was basically was the working “smarter” and not “harder” technique. As we saw the Buckeyes struggle to make things happen as they edged down the field, with a minute left to play….”Time” was their Killer !!

In the end the game was played hard on both sides through and through.

This player / fan from the sideline last week, predicts a final score: Bulldogs 12 Rogues 26
