The quality of football on the field has been good through all three divisions however. Scott and crew have continued to do great job running the league in my humble opinion. It would be nice for more chatter on the message board though. |

In the B division all the teams are almost identical in records and in the A division all the teams have played each other very close all season long. The C division has a bit of a split but that is to be expected when you have new teams. I will concede that things such as pictures have not been as present this year but the reason for the pictures in the past was good fortune to have two excellent photographers offer their services at no cost so we are not saving any money by not having pictures. As for the write-ups they are very time consuming and believe it or not every member of the executive has a full time job and a family as well as other volunteer committments and as such finding the hours in the week to complete the weekly writeups does elude us some weeks. Again this is done completely free of charge by a volunteer so having or not having this will again not affect league fees. If you look around the league fees for this league are at or below any other league that offers officials, a free banquet, year end prizes, field permits, etc. Also in regards to the weekly writeups anyone is able to post a weekly writeup on this message board. Feel free to give it a go and post it. Would be great to have a read of it. With all that said there have been some events that we would like to have (ie. bringing back the all-star game/skills competition, mid season party, kick-off tournament) but just haven't been able to find the time to organize. My sincerest apologies if you feel the level of excellence you have come to expect for the Oshawa Touch Football League is starting to slip. From a football point of view, the league is very competitive and well run. From my perspective ,we are getting good value for the money. |

Buzz has done an awesome job with the weekly writeups getting them done promptly and not missing a single week. Great job Buzz and keep up the great work. Scott |
