| Posted By: Scott Posted On: Mar 29th, 2012 Views: 2099 | OTFL Team Rep Meeting It's nearly that time again when we dust off the cleats (or in my case scrounge up the money for new ones) and start gearing up for another amazing year in the Oshawa Touch Football League. Our annual Team rep meeting will be on Sunday, April 1st @ Noon at Bull Dog Pub. At this meeting we will discuss a number of topics including but not limited to: - Season Schedule - Tfont Tournaments - Otfl Kickoff Tournament - New weekly picks contest - Return of the All Star game - Kick-off party - Mid Season Party - Fall Draft League - Divisions - Coed league Also at this meeting, your $400 non-refundable initial deposit will be due. This is also the deadline to qualify for the early bird fee of $1,250. No OTFL gift certificates or other discounts can be used to meet the $400 initial deposit - they can definitely be used towards the $1250 to get the early bird discount. If $1250 is not received by the April 1st cut-off date, the remainder of the non-discounted registration fee ($1400 total) must be received by 10pm on June 3rd; After the formal portion of the meeting concludes, the agenda will become an open forum discussion. If you have any ideas you would like to see implemented in the league please bring them forward. If you would like to bring a teammate along with you to the team rep meeting please feel free to do so. Please let me know how many people from your team (1 or 2) will be attending by Sunday, March 25th so that we can make the appropriate reservation.
