| Posted By: Scott Posted On: Jan 22nd, 2012 Views: 1560 | Location has been set for the OTFL Open House The 1st Annual OTFL Open House will be held at our official 2012 sponsor Bull Dog Pub in Oshawa on Sunday Feb. 12th, 2012 at NOON. Bull Dog Pub is located at 600 Grandview St. S., Oshawa, ON (N/W corner of Bloor and Grandview). Make sure you attend to have your say on any and all league matters including but not limited to: - Year End Prizes - Rules - Scheduling - Length of season - All star festivities - Mid Season party - Kick Off Party - Preseason Tournament - Individual registrations - Fields - Fundraising - Co-ed/Co-ed Rules - Regular Season/Playoff Formats (Ie. "A", "B", "C" divisions, inter divisional games, etc.) - Absolutely anything you would like to discuss. If you have never played in the OTFL before and are interested in joining, you are welcome to come out and see what we are all about before committing financially. Please note: this is not league funded. Attendees are responsible for their own meals &/or beverages. 2012 Team Reps - this is not a mandatory meeting. We will notify you of the first Team Rep meeting. With this being said, we still encourage you to attend if you are eager to get a head start on the 2012 details, or have any suggestions for the Executive Panel to consider before the season details are ironed out completely. If you are unable to attend but have something to say, please contact us prior to the meeting so we can raise those issues/ideas on your behalf. We value your input and will try our best to make the majority of you happy - this is why we are involving those of you players who are interested in the decision making. In stating this, we cannot promise that everyone will walk away with all their desires met. Financial restrictions, by-laws, and the impact on the masses all come into play when deciding what can and cannot be incorporated. |
