As alot of you could tell this season, i dropped a little bit of weight (65 lbs) since last March, Thanks to Professor K (Krys Saunders - SD's #84).

With that said a percentage of the loss is due to Strongman TRaining Sessions on Saturdays, so with that said come on out and give it a try.

Weather you have never flipped a Tractor Tire before or carried a sandbag? It's totally fine as you are competing against yourself and no one else, but you will only get better with every set of the stations.

I hope that you're up for the challenge and are willing to try it at least this one time, here's the specs:

Time & Day: 11am, Saturday Oct 1st
Where: SHED Gym, 817 Brock St South unit 6
Cost $15 for one or 3 for $40
Trainer & Coach: Krys Saunders (Serious Athletes Only)
Time: 1 hr and change
Dress: shorts, trainers, tee and water.

FYI: Tanya & Rafuse have also been doing the program and have had much success with results [losing weight &/or toning]

Their appearances speak volumes for Krys' ability as trainer.

If you have any questions about what is involved, I am sure Buzz, Rafuse, Tanya and of course Krys will all be eager to answer them.
