RE: `Oshawa

As of right now, I can tell you the winners of both the A and B divisions.

A division champ: The Rogues

B division champ: The Chargers

Both championship teams will receive a private box for their team at an upcoming Toronto Argonauts game.

Congratulations to all teams, hopefully everyone had a great day.

In the "A" Championship Game, for the Rogues Chris Taylor was the MVP and for the Buckeyes, Greg Tierney was the MVP.

Congrats to all.

If by "Chris Taylor", you mean "Brandon Pottle", than yes, Chris Taylor played an excellent game.

Congratulations Rogues on a great game and an excellent 2nd half.

RE: `Oshawa

Yes Congrats to all the winners and congrats goes out to the Rogues ARMY as they paid $35.00 per player X 21 players = $735.00. So that should pay for their box to view the game.

To the Buckeyes who are actually the Buckeyes squad with NO special additional players, way to represent.

Should be interesting to see what happens in regular season when the Rogues play the Buckeyes again.

The question is who will the Rogues have come out this time???? Maybe BYE INC. will have some more studs from his Farm of Football players to come aboard.

All in all the tourney was a success, can hardly wait for next years tourney.

L.O.

RE: Oshawa Results

As someone that was watching the tourney, I have to agree with Lakeview Observer. Yes it was an open tourney. Why then did Mr. Bye just not enter his own team? If I was a Rogue player, I'd be pissed that I hardly got any playing time because players that aren't even on my team took my spot. I personally don't believe that winning is so important where you stack your team to the point that there is no competition.

Hats off to the Buckeyes for keeping it close for 3 quarters.

RE: Oshawa Results

This tournament was open for all players from any team and any city.

Just wanted to make sure the record was set straight. I really appreciate all the players who made the trek down from areas such as Toronto, Peterborough, etc. The tournament would not have been as succsessful as it was had these players/teams not entered. Look forward to seeing you back next season.

Thanks,

Scott

RE: Oshawa Results

Guys just to make things clear that is our Oshawa league team, the only one not playing in Oshawa is Dave Bye. Marco will be the QB when he returns, so there is know reason to blame Dave, we asked him to throw because i could not due to injury. Best of luck to all teams this year

Thanks Scott for a great tournament, you did a great job

RE: Oshawa Results

Raf, it's obvious from the pictures that you and Jr Pottle got extra close at the tournament. Isn't that enough? Do you have to come on the website and pump him up here too? Get a room for crying out loud.
