Take it easy Curious, they still have to play the playoff games today (Sunday).

Buckeyes went 1-1 with 9 players on Saturday, then went 3-0 with only 7 players on Sunday. Crushed the quarterfinals, won in OT in the semis (i played like crap, rookies really carried us through that one) and then broke a scoreless halftime tie in the finals to win going away, 20-6. Won the DD.

I think that the Rogues made the CC or D Finals, but didn't catch what the score was, I had to leave at halftime. They were playing Hard Knocks, a brand new team with some pretty good athletes -- we lost to them on the Saturday.

RE: `How

Killer Beezzzz finished first in their pool Saturday going 2-0 resulting in playing in the "BB" preliminary but losing a tough battle.

Sunday morning faced the Burlington Squires in the "B" quarter finals losing 18-7

OTFL members Che Lafoy,"Pooh" Wrice (ALL BLACKS)and Allen Szeto and Andrew Yeung(KNIGHTS)played very well over the weekend.

So going 2-2 in well fought weekend.

Congrats to the Buckeyes and Rogues for making it to the finals.

Bring on Hamilton.

PS how did the Cobras do ??anyone know??

Cheers,

Buzz

RE: How the the Oshawa Teams DO?

Cobras went 1-2 on Saturday, losing to eventual BB Champion Hitmen, and edging out the eventual B Champion Blue Bayou 13-12. They lost their third Saturday game to the Ottawa Firm.

Cobras lost their only Sunday game to the same Blue Bayou team they had beaten Saturday. Looks like a pretty tough schedule the had. Losing to two division champs (and actually beating one) is a tough road.
