Having served on the executive before I have to give the current members credit. The OTFL is more competetive now than it has been in a very long time. I have also noticed a spirit in this laegue that has not existed since I watch the OTFL as a kid. The current executive has put a huge effort in to promoting the league and did a great job with the year end festivaties. Congrats on a great year! GIDDY UP! |

| Posted By: Kelly Posted On: Oct 22nd, 2009 Views: 1909 | RE: thank you :) The other exec's did a great job this year.. some needed a little more whip cracking than others.. laughs.. :D nah, seriously, they were a great group of guys to work with.. and definitely have their heart in the league, which is evident in the work done throughout the year. We are expecting a lot more from next season, as Scott briefly touched on in his 'banquet speech' -- with many great new ideas we hope to incorporate, more publicity, and getting the OTFL out there a little more (thus, creating more interest and more competition). We, too, are all very pleased with the success of the 2009 season, thanking the players for being awesome on and off the fields.. we hope the spirit achieved in '09 continues to grow as the OTFL does. And, like Scott mentioned... all feedback &/or suggestions are welcome and can be emailed to the league's email address regardless of the season being over. So --- thanks everyone... :) |
