| Posted By: Buzz Bezzant Posted On: Jul 23rd, 2020 Views: 1452 | Message from the President Good day Team Reps and Executive hope you are all well As promised and as I have had alot of players reaching out to me I just wanted to touch base to let you know where our League stands presently As you are all aware our Premier announced this past Monday that our region will shift to Phase 3 Friday With that said we have a large number of moving parts that we will face and more importantly we need to do everything one step at a time I personally have reached out to both the DDSB Durham District School Board who we used for fields at Henry Street Maxwell Eastdale and I have reached out to the City of Oshawa I have communicated our interest in knowing if and when these Permit Departments will allow League play to happen and also asked what compliance measures they also need for league play to be executed So for Now we all need to hold tight and wait patiently for both sides to officially Let us know before we can move onto any other logistics in running our Campaign Bottom line presently Permits is the first hurdle I appreciate your patience and support on this Yours in OTFL Buzz |
