| Posted By: John Anthony Posted On: Aug 13th, 2009 Views: 1579 | Week 9 picks Well with the rainout last week yours truly went 2 - 0 for yet another perfect week. My current record is 28/36 (78%). This week looks like it could be a pretty easy week but obviously anything can happen on any given Sunday. Here are the picks: Renegades over the Raiders in one of many lopsided contests this week. Buckeys will take care of the Hounds but I do think the Hounds will give them a run for their money. Lancers will beat the Crew, however I'm hoping I'm wrong on this one and the Crew are able to pick up their first win of the year. I think the Lancers overall team speed will be too much for the slower crew team though. Rogues over the Hawks in a game that could get ugly (especially if the Rogues have their whole team out). All Blacks should repeat their week 1 performance and have little trouble with the Hosers. In the makeup game I'll go with the Hawks over the Hounds just as I did last week in what should be a great match up. There are the picks. Take 'em to the bank. Let me know your thoughts on the picks. JA P.S. I do think the playoffs should be 4 teams in the "A" and 6 in the "B" as was stated in an earlier post. It just makes more sense and will make the playoffs much more competitive. |
