Here is the tentative plan but I'm definitely open to suggestions. Similarly to a few years back when we did this the executive (please feel free to post your choices on the message board and we will take these suggestions under advisement) will pick 4 QBs and 4 Rushers (2 for each AS team) as well as 2 Centres. After that each team will have 6 of their needed 16 players. Teams will then select one offensive player and one defensive player to represent their team in the OTFL All Star game (NOTE: If a Centre from your team was chosen by the executive that will be your offensive player). This will give us 11 (non rushing) defensive players and 11 (non QB) offensive players. We will then do a vote to determine the two wildcard (12th offensive and 12th defensive) all stars. As for the skills competition some early ideas for events that I have are: 40 yd dash longest throw longest punt longest kick QB accuracy. In order to get the skills competitions done as quickly as possible we are going to limit the number of registrants from each team at 2.
