2010 1st Team Rep Meeting - January 25th, 2010
The OTFL will be having their first Team Rep meeting for the 2010 season on: Saturday, February 6th, 2010, 12:00 noon at Wild Wing Oshawa (North East corner of Beatrice and Ritson).
All teams are required to send a Team Representative to the meeting. All teams are expected to bring a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure their team a place within the 2010 season.
We have had a great amount of interest from new & returning teams for this coming season. As a result, we face the possibility of having to cap the total number of teams permitted for scheduling purposes. Though the OTFL Executive will try our best to allow every interested team the opportunity to join the league this season, the only way to ensure your team's entry is by bringing your team's $100 deposit to the meeting on February 6th.
In order to make reservations and preparations, please RSVP with the name of the Team Representative who will be attending the meeting by this Wednesday, January 27th, 2010.
The Executives are very excited for the 2010 season with many new ideas to improve and add to the quality of the league. Not only is this meeting our opportunity to address these changes with you, but it is also an opportunity for you to bring forward your opinions and suggestions on how to make 2010 the best season yet.
We look forward to working together with all of you on this, as your voice is extremely important to the success of the OTFL.
